40% non-refundable until March 1, 2026
60% non-refundable until May 1, 2026
80% non-refundable until August 1, 2026
No refunds after September 10, 2026

This is separate from the refundable deposit made through Retreat Guru, which can be refunded up to 1 day before the retreat start date.
